Prevents a casual disturbance
A nanny came back from the store and forgot to disarm the security system. The alarm went off, but the parents are calm. MotionCam has made a series of pictures to reveal the cause.

Engineered to respect privacy
MotionCam is designed to control your security, not your personal life. The motion detector is unable to take pictures by request. The camera activates only in response to a motion detection alarm. The data is encrypted throughout the processes of transmission and storage. No one analyzes it, even the AI.

Only when the motion is detected, MotionCam takes pictures and transmits them to the Ajax Cloud storage. All data sent to Ajax Cloud is protected with AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. Only the hub authorized users can have access to their Ajax Cloud virtual storage and see the pictures made with the MotionCam devices linked to their hub. Ajax Cloud is based on the AWS servers which are fully compatible with the GDPR regulations.
Dispels any suspicions
MotionCam ignores pets (up to 50 cm in height) using the SmartDetect algorithm. But if an especially curious companion would manage to set off the alarm, the following photo report will confirm that the house is out of trouble.

Jeweller
Jeweller radio protocol unites all of the Ajax system devices into a securely encrypted wireless network to deliver immediate alarms. The proprietary two-way radio communication technology allows the detectors to operate for years on the pre-installed batteries and establishes a secure long-distance connection.
The Jeweller-based network features radio hopping to resist jamming. A complicated encryption prevents signal-grabbing. You and your alarm response company will get an immediate notification if someone tries to interfere.

Wings
MotionCam uses an additional Ajax Wings radio protocol for photo transmission. It was developed based on Jeweller technology and has incorporated its best properties. Wings uses a dedicated antenna for parallel data transmission.
The Wings in-built re-downloading and package-checking algorithms guarantee the picture delivery even if the Internet signal is weak or frequently drops.
